Marion’s role involves enhancing staff growth and development by providing individualised mentoring, guidance, and support to strengthen professional practice.
Marion O’ Malley has been working at Togher Family Centre since 1996. She is a Professional Development Specialist. Marion has participated in on-going training including English as a second language, Elklan Speech and Language, and Child Protection. She has played a vital role in significant projects during her time at Togher Family Centre, including, the organisation of two community Street parties and the Togher Recreation Play Scheme. Marion has a wealth of experience and is passionate about using this to support the professional development of staff members.
