Kate’s role is to work directly with the children and to play an active part in the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the Early Years programme at Togher Family Centre.
Kate Kapusta has been working at Togher Family Centre since 2013. She is an Early Years Assistant. Kate holds a QQI level 5 in Childcare and a Master’s Degree in Social Phycology. Kate is determined in building relationships and creating environments where children feel safe. She has completed courses in Marte Meo, ELKAN training (Let’s talk with under 5’s) and Child protection and Child protection and Welfare Training.
