Grace’s role involves facilitating safe and positive interactions between children and parents in a safe and supervised environment.

Grace Moore has been working at Togher Family Centre since 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from University College Cork and also a QQI Leve 5 in Early Years Education. Grace has previously worked with Youth Advocacy Programmes (YAP) to support young people and their families using a person centred approach within their community. Grace has extensive experience supporting families to build relationships after family trauma.
