Emma O’Callaghan Mullins has been working at Togher Family Centre since 2009. She is the Solutions Manager. Emma has a wealth of experience both in Early Years Education and Family Support Services. She uses her extensive knowledge to support organisational objectives using a solutions focused approach. Emma is also a part of the research team in Togher Family Centre and is credited as a researcher on two publications. Emma has played a vital role in the development of Private Access in Togher Family Centre, this is a key support for the local community.
