Alison’s role involves creating a safe, high quality service for the children and parents.

Alison Crowley has been working at Togher Family Centre since 2017. She is a Supervisor in Cur le Chéile. Alison has played a lead role in the transformation of Glentrasna a new preschool in the Glen area. She has a great involvement in the Togher Family Centre Summer Camp, which provides children with new experiences and skills through exciting opportunities. Alison is the Student Placement Co-ordinator. She is dedicated to furthering her professional development and is currently completing a H-Dip in HR Management in UCC.

Alison has a special interest in Speech, Language and Communication needs in children. She implements this daily in the preschool environment using strategies such as Modelling and Expanding. Alison is also passionate about employee motivation and well-being.
