Where equality is upheld and diversity is valued which is essential in supporting children to build positive identities and to develop a sense of belonging within the setting so they feel valued and respected as a unique individual.
“Parents are the most important people in a child’s life therefore I strive to build trusting, respectful relationships with each child’s parents through open and regular communication. Sharing information about the child’s experiences, interests and progress and working together so each child’s learning and development is supported at home and in the setting.”
